1. Scope of Services & Acceptance
ambitsf provides premium pet goods (beds, accessories, grooming supplies) and professional grooming services (styling, wellness checks, behavioral support) through its website and physical locations. By accessing or using ambitsf services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to place orders or book services.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and account activity.
- You agree to provide accurate, truthful information during registration and checkout.
- Pet information (age, size, behavioral notes, health conditions) must be complete and honest.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse, violation of terms, or fraudulent activity.
3. Product Orders & Payment
- Pricing: All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice but do not affect confirmed orders.
- Taxes & Fees: Sales tax, VAT, or GST will be calculated at checkout based on billing address. International customers may incur customs duties.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
- Authorization: By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. Failed payments may result in order cancellation.
- Order Confirmation: A confirmation email is sent upon successful payment. This is not a guarantee of stock availability.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Windows: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or regional restrictions.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees depend on destination, weight, and carrier selection. Free shipping may apply to orders over $200 in select regions.
- Risk of Loss: Items become your responsibility upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend signature confirmation for high-value orders.
- Damaged or Lost Items: Report damage or loss within 48 hours to [email protected] with photos and tracking information. We will arrange replacement or refund.
- International Shipping: Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations. We provide duty guidance but cannot guarantee clearance.
5. Grooming Appointments
- Booking & Availability: Appointments are confirmed upon final payment. Availability varies by location and stylist schedule.
- Pet Health Disclosure: You must disclose all medical conditions, medications, behavioral issues, and allergies during booking or check-in.
- Service Refusal: We may refuse service if the pet poses health or safety risks, displays aggressive behavior, or has untreated medical conditions. No refund is charged for refusal due to undisclosed health issues.
- De-Matting & Rescue Services: Severe matting may require multiple sessions. Costs will be quoted before proceeding.
- Styling Consultation: Our stylists discuss breed standards and owner preferences. Final results depend on coat condition and pet cooperation.
- Aftercare Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for post-grooming care (brushing, preventing mats, maintaining nail health) as instructed.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Product Refunds: Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.
- Grooming Cancellations: Cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance for full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows result in full service charge.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, personalized products, and opened grooming products are non-refundable.
7. Warranty & Product Liability
- Products carry a 1-year manufacturer's defect warranty covering material and craftsmanship failures (not damage from use, accident, or misuse).
- Warranty does not cover normal wear, fading, color variations, or pet-induced damage.
- Defective items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion with proof of purchase.
- For grooming services, we guarantee professional standards but cannot guarantee pet satisfaction or specific styling outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ambitsf shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of use).
- Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
- We are not responsible for third-party carrier delays, customs processing, or government actions.
- Pet grooming services are provided "as-is" without warranty of specific outcomes.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations; local laws may prevail.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, product images, brand names, logos, and service descriptions are the intellectual property of ambitsf. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any materials without written permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of local laws.
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward our staff or other users.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with website functionality.
- Submit false reviews, fraudulent claims, or misleading information.
- Resell products without permission or engage in commercial arbitrage.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to our services.
11. Review & Testimonial Rights
Customers may submit reviews and testimonials. By posting, you grant ambitsf the right to use, reproduce, and republish your feedback (with or without attribution) for marketing purposes. We may remove reviews that are false, abusive, or infringe on third-party rights.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith communication.
- If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or binding arbitration under [relevant jurisdiction] law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ambitsf is registered. Both parties agree to submit disputes to the appropriate courts or arbitration authorities in that jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
